1 Sand Washing Line Introduction
sand washing line is commonly known as wheel-bucket type sand washer, and is high-efficiency sand washing equipment developed and produced by ZHM GROUP(Zhengzhou HOCHANG） through adopting domestic and overseas advanced technologies and combining the actual situation of domestic aggregate industry, which shall be used with the sand maker.

2 Sand Washing Line Appliction
sand washing line is applied for washing applications in sand plant, mine, concrete batching plant, and industries like building materials production, transportation, chemistry, water conservancy, etc.

Our mining sand washing machinery is a highly efficient machine designed on the basis of the detailed washing needs in mining industry and comes with features like good washing effect, reasonable structure, large capacity, and less sand loss during washing process.

The transmission part of this mining washing machinery is isolated from water and sand, which could greatly reduce the error rate of the machine.

3 Sand Washing Line working principle
When the sand washing machine worked, the motor drive the impeller slow rotation through the V-belt, reducer, gear reducer, sand and gravel are carried into the washed tank trough the feeder tank, tumbling by the impeller, grinding each other to remove the impurities which cover on the gravel surface, while destroying the vapor-coated layer of sand to facilitate dehydration; as the same time, add water to create a strong water flow to remove impurities in time, and issue from the export of washing tank, so that to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand and gravel away from the blade, at the end the gravel was poured from the rotation of impeller to the exit of tank, so complete the gravel cleaning effect.
