What Is Sand Washing And Dewatering Machine?
A sand washing and dewatering machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed to remove impurities (mud, clay, dust, and light minerals) from raw sand while simultaneously reducing its moisture content. Unlike standalone sand washers (which produce wet sand requiring additional drying) or dewatering screens (which can’t remove fine impurities). This integrated system not only cleans sand effectively but also reduces moisture content to optimal levels, making it ready for immediate use or transport.

Fine sand recovery system Working principle:
After the pre-processed material enters the storage tank, the washing wheel starts to rotate through the motor and reducer, and the material is picked up from the water and passed through the mesh in the washing wheel. The water and the material below the mesh size are missing. During the rotation of the washing wheel, the material is in full contact with the water, and water is used to remove the impurities on the surface of the material. so the material is cleaner. Then the material enters the dewatering device and removes a lot of moisture through the vibrating screen, which makes the material more convenient to store and transport.
