Application of Roller Sand Making Machine

Application areas: Double roller sand making machine is widely used in the crushing and sand making of materials in gravel yards, construction,mining, water conservancy and other fields.
Applicable materials: Double roller sand making machine, also known as roller crusher, is suitable for medium and fine crushing of materials with medium hardness and below, such as limestone and ceramic raw materials.

Process flow of Roller Sand Making Machine
1.The roller crusher consists of two extrusion rollers rotating synchronously opposite each other, a fixed roll and a movable roll.
2.The material is fed from the top of the two rollers, and is brought into the roller continuously by the extrusion roller. After the high-pressure action of 50-200MPa, the material is discharged from the machine with the ideal particle size.
3.When the material is bitten by the roll surface, the force of the roller gradually increases, and the maximum pressure can reach 200Mpa. In addition to a certain proportion of powder materials, the discharged material produces a large number of cracks in the interior of the other granular materials, which can greatly reduce the grinding energy consumption in the further grinding process.
